| Under the ’ double carbon ’ policy,the equipment manufacturing industry is developing in the direction of energy saving and emission reduction,and the hydraulic system tends to be miniaturized and lightweight.The hydraulic tank is an important part of the hydraulic system.It has the functions of storing oil,promoting impurity sedimentation and bubble precipitation.With the miniaturization of the tank,the flow field also changes,which may affect the function of the tank.Therefore,how to evaluate the flow field of the miniaturized tank becomes the key problem in the process of tank miniaturization.In this paper,the flow field of miniaturized fuel tank is analyzed.Considering the change of liquid level and flow field state of hydraulic fuel tank,the evaluation method of flow field of miniaturized hydraulic fuel tank is proposed from the perspective of degassing and impurity removal function and oil storage function of fuel tank,which is helpful to guide the miniaturization design of hydraulic fuel tank.The main contents of this paper are as follows :(1)In order to explore the influence of miniaturization of hydraulic oil tank on oil storage function,the flow field was analyzed by numerical simulation.Firstly,the working conditions of liquid level change are analyzed,and the causes and influencing factors of free surface vortex phenomenon are explored.The functional relationship between the relative critical submerged water depth and Reynolds number of vortex formation is obtained.Secondly,for the oil sloshing condition,the influence of mechanical acceleration and tank ratio on the oil sloshing height is derived.(2)In order to study the influence of tank miniaturization on its degassing and impurity removal function,firstly,the correctness and accuracy of the simulation model are verified by PIV test,and it is analyzed that the degassing and impurity removal function of the tank is related to the residence time of the oil.On this basis,the RTD model is proposed to calculate the average residence time of the oil in the hydraulic tank,and the influencing factors of the length of the residence time of the oil are analyzed,and the way to extend the residence time of the oil is obtained.(3)Based on the influence of miniaturization of hydraulic oil tank on oil storage function and degassing and impurity removal function,the relationship between oil tank function and evaluation method is analyzed.The flow field evaluation method is established from three aspects : free surface vortex forming,oil sloshing and average residence time of oil,which provides theory and method for evaluating the performance of oil tank flow field. |
