Research On The Design Of Recycling Mining Wasteland From The Perspective Of Urban Catalyst

The unused mining wasteland left over by history has become a "scar" on the face of the city,causing a waste of land resources and restricting the appropriate development of the human settlement environment.As a reasonable and effective urban renewal method,the urban catalyst theory aims to introduce new elements to intervene the existing elements,activate and affect subsequent overall development with minimal infection,and can exert effective influence in the region.From the perspective of urban catalyst theory,the article discusses the strategy of design for the reuse of mining wasteland,explores and promotes the multiple charms of industrial wasteland,makes up for the lack of urban functional layout,improves the living quality of residents,and finally reshapes the beautiful image of the city.The article first defines several important concepts such as abandoned land,industrial abandoned land,and mining abandoned land.It sorts out the theories and practices related to mining abandoned land at home and abroad,and sorts out the current research status of mining abandoned land.At the same time,through the generalization of the research progress of urban catalyst theory,deeply analyzed its definition and operation procedures.Secondly,the article lists out several representative domestic and foreign mining wasteland reconstruction urban catalyst practice cases,the three mining heritage reuse development models of single reclamation,landscape reconstruction,and industrial implantation are summarized and analyzed.Points out the problems in the current mining wasteland reuse design.Thirdly,combining the actual application requirements from the selection of catalyst elements,reformation design principles and application steps,the article elaborates and puts forward a set of application modes of catalyst reuse in mining wasteland.Finally,the wasteland of Wangping coal mine in Mentougou District,Beijing is selected as an actual case.From the perspective of historical development and spatial distribution characteristics,the potential characteristics of its catalyst reuse are studied in a targeted manner.By selecting different types of catalyst elements,the article proposes a complete specific implementation plan for the reuse design based on the funeral industry and summarizes the application strategy of the urban catalyst theory in the reuse of the mining wasteland.Research on the design of the reuse of mining wasteland from the perspective of urban catalysts combines the reuse of mining wasteland with improving the quality of the regional ecological environment,and the level of human settlements,enriching the urban function system and inheriting the industrial history and context,and catalyzes a series of which promotes urban economic development,social stability and healthy living environment.This study uses the urban catalyst theory to conduct in-depth discussion and practice on the design and development of the reuse of mining wasteland,hoping that the above results can provide certain application value and theory model value for future mining wasteland reuse research.
