| At the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,in order to ensure the rapid development of industrialization,the exploitation of mineral resources has caused many cities to produce a large number of independent mining areas,which has made great contributions to the construction of national cities.As China entered the middle and later stages of urbanization,the demand for mining in urban transformation and development decreased,and the efficiency of mining land use decreased,and mining areas were transformed and eliminated.Compared with the transformation of other land in the city,the mining area after the unit system that has lasted for many years has the characteristics of large area,high complexity,and serious social problems in the transformation.Therefore,in the process of land use transformation,the government and enterprises are under greater pressure,and the renewal process is difficult to consider comprehensively.In view of the ecological,social,cultural and economic problems faced by the transformation of the mining area,the introduction of "urban catalyst" as a theoretical guide for progressive development,through the catalyst’s leading role to achieve positive linkage,activate the conversion of the mining area function while carrying out the overall The renaissance of the city breaks the isolation of the mining city;for mining cities supported by the mining industry,the transformation of the mining area is the catalyst carrier of the urban renaissance,and the rejuvenation of the city through the transformation of the mining area.For this type of renovation and transformation area with less benefits in the general transformation model,the progressive development of "urban catalysts" not only reduces the pressure of the government,but also can generate multiple-dimensional composite benefits after the transformation.This design consists of seven chapters and is divided into two parts.The first part includes the research content of this design,and the second part is the design content.In the first chapter,the research background and the significance of the topic selection for the transformation design of the mining area are first proposed.From this,the concepts in the transformation design are interpreted and reviewed,and the research method and framework are proposed.The research reveals the problems and needs in the transformation of the mining area;Chapter 3 discusses the role of the "urban catalyst" theory in the process of urban transformation,analyzes and references in the form of cases,and analyzes the application of the complex transformation of the "city catalyst" urban mining area Sex.On this basis,the design section(Chapter 4 or 5)relies on the previous research foundation to analyze the profile of Meishan Mining Area,extract the potential of the "urban catalyst" application,and proposes to create a living area in the future science and technology city.Coordinate resonance to form the goal of a life zone where all ages participate.Through the dynamic construction of catalyst and network connection strategy,the process of catalyst reaction in the transformation of mining area is analyzed to explore the more optimal solution for the integration of large-scale mining area transformation into the city in the long-term perspective.The whole thesis contains about 31 000 words,66 pictures and charts. |
