With the continuous improvement of science and technology,the material distribution of assembly workshop tends to be more intelligent and automatic,and the material distribution batch tends to be more and more high-frequency and small batch.Under the condition that the complete production time is difficult to shorten and the shortage and cost are high,shortening the material distribution time plays a vital role in reducing the enterprise cost.In view of the situation that the material distribution of S company is not timely and there are many vehicles,this paper adopts the material distribution mode of demand splitting,establishes a mathematical model,uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem,obtains a reasonable distribution scheme,improves the timeliness and accuracy of material distribution in the assembly workshop,and has guiding significance for the material distribution of S company.This paper mainly studies the following aspects(1)Based on the investigation and data collection of the multi AGV material distribution strategy in the assembly workshop of S company,the problems of material shortage in the side warehouse in the material distribution line,low and unbalanced AGV start-up rate are found,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.(2)In order to solve the above problems,the AGV material distribution scheduling model is established with the constraints of material demand time and distribution vehicle capacity,the objective of which is to minimize the total distribution distance and the variance of each AGV starting rate.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and obtain the AGV scheduling scheme,which makes the material distribution of the whole assembly workshop achieve punctuality and flexibility.(3)In order to verify the feasibility of the genetic algorithm to get the distribution scheme,Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate.The genetic algorithm to get the demand can be split material distribution scheme as the input data,run the model for a shift.The simulation results verify the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed scheduling model and algorithm.This paper studies the multi AGV material distribution strategy of S company’s assembly workshop,re adjusts the distribution scheme,reduces the number of AGV,improves the AGV operation rate,and reduces the workshop logistics cost,which provides a reference for the solution of similar engineering problems.
