At present,the chain convenience store industry is developing rapidly in China.Each brand chain convenience store used to attach importance to the competition of store sales,but now it pays more attention to the competition of logistics distribution system.The demand for goods in the stores of chain convenience stores is diversified,and the temperature conditions required to store the goods vary during the distribution process.At present,specialized cold-chain vehicles can only deliver goods of the same temperature layer,while commodities of the multi-temperature layer need a variety of types of cold-chain vehicles for distribution.When a variety of types of distribution vehicles participate in the distribution at the same time,will cause the distribution of vehicles to repeat driving,distribution efficiency is not high.This paper takes the convenience store order demand distribution of company A as the research object.Considering the characteristics of multi-variety and small-batch store order demand,the paper analyzes the current traditional single-temperature distribution mode of company A,and finds that the single-temperature distribution mode has the problems of high distribution cost and low vehicle loading rate.Firstly,in the single-temperature distribution mode,company A has the problem of repeated vehicle running and high distribution cost.In this paper,the insulated box multitemperature joint distribution mode is adopted to replace the single-temperature distribution mode.Considering that under the insulated box multi-temperature joint distribution mode,the whole batch delivery according to the order will result in the reduction of vehicle loading rate,this paper explores the splitting and distribution of the order demand of a single store.Therefore,this paper proposes an optimal model of insulated box multi-temperature joint distribution with split delivery.Secondly,based on the new optimization model,a vehicle path optimization model with the goal of minimizing the total distribution cost(transportation cost,refrigeration cost and split cost)was established based on the constraint conditions of vehicle loading volume and the number of storage and insulation boxes,and the genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model.Then,on October 21,2019,company A of Beijing haidian district 69 convenience stores order demand distribution as a case,using MATLAB programming,solving the optimization mode of vehicle distribution path,the distribution vehicle number,vehicle average cubed out the total cost,and the distribution and single-temperature distribution before and optimization model,demand is split more cool storage type temperature were compared with the results of the model.The case study shows that the insulated box multi-temperature joint distribution with split delivery model can reduce the number of vehicles,improve the delivery efficiency and reduce the delivery cost.Figure20,Table16,Reference69.
