Design Of Children's Medical Products Based On Service Design

With the rapid development of China's economy and the substantial improvement of people's living standards,people are also paying more attention to the importance of health.People's demand for medical services is also developing from the cure of diseases to the pursuit of service experience.At the same time,the implementation of our country's two-child policy makes children the focus of every family,so children's medical service needs are also developing towards a more humane direction.However,China's children's medical resources are still limited-there is still a certain number of gaps in pediatric medical staff,there is still great pressure on children's medical service provision,and the doctor-patient relationship has not been well relieved,so children still do not have good service experience in medical service.This topic mainly discusses the guiding role of service design in the children's medical system,aiming at the pacification and reminding functions in the current children's medical service system,puts forward solutions to improve the design of children's medical service for children with respiratory diseases,and improves the children's medical service system.The research object of this paper is the medical service system received by children suffering from respiratory diseases.The service design method is used to carry out quantitative and qualitative research on stakeholders in the existing system.Through analysis and summary,the main factors affecting the medical service experience of children are obtained,and the potential needs of stakeholders are extracted.After sorting out the whole medical service process for children,it is found that the problems mainly occur in the waiting and diagnosis process for children to see a doctor and the process for children to receive treatment.Further analyze and optimize the contact points in the process,define the optimization objectives and put forward the design concept to build a more perfect medical service system for children suffering from respiratory diseases.Finally,the design practice of the children's soothing atomizer is produced,which can soothe children's emotions during treatment by guiding children to imitate and divert attention,thus improving the treatment efficiency,meeting the functions of demonstration and reminding during use,improving the quality of medical services,and enabling the medical industry to begin to pay attention to children's potential medical needs,thus having certain industrial and practical significance.
