During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,and the demand for fresh agricultural products in the Chinese market has continued to increase.With the overall victory of the fight against poverty,fresh agricultural products with regional characteristics have moved to thousands of households in my country,and the problem of long-distance transportation of fresh agricultural products has become more and more prominent.At present,my country is actively promoting multimodal transportation.As a new transportation organization plan,the development of multimodal transportation of fresh agricultural products in refrigerated containers can effectively guarantee the quality of agricultural products.At the same time,cold chain transportation is bound to bring about the problems of high energy consumption and large carbon emissions in the transportation industry,which contradicts the concept advocated by the "low-carbon economy",which prompts thinking about economic benefits and ecology in the rapid development of cold chain transportation.The relationship between influences.Therefore,in view of the particularity of the multimodal transportation of fresh agricultural products,this article studies the problem of the mode and route selection of the multimodal transportation of fresh agricultural products under the low-carbon background,and provides theoretical support for the long-distance transportation of fresh agricultural products.In the context of low-carbon logistics,based on the current situation of fresh agricultural products transportation,combined with the actual characteristics of multimodal transportation,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors that affect the transportation mode and route selection of fresh agricultural products multimodal transportation,and constructs the task of multimodal transportation of agricultural products.The method and route selection model,the optimization target includes the cost of carbon emissions,reflects the concept of green logistics,and takes into account the cost of refrigeration and cargo damage to supplement the characteristics of fresh agricultural products refrigerated container transportation.The analysis of calculation examples proves that compared with a single mode of transportation,multimodal transportation has obvious cost advantages,which shows the superiority of multimodal transportation.On the basis of single-task multi-modal transportation,a multi-task transportation mode and route selection model that fits the actual situation is constructed,and the analysis of examples proves that the transit time and cost account for a higher proportion of the total time and total cost.Therefore,To minimize the number of transfers.Based on the multi-task transportation mode and route selection model,the application research of multi-modal transportation in some major cities in China is carried out.The genetic algorithm is used to analyze and solve the transportation network of fresh agricultural products with 19 transportation nodes,and obtain the global optimal solution set of the multi-commodity flow and multimodal transportation problem with the smallest total cost.In further discussion of the results,the impact of carbon tax prices and railway freight rates on transportation routes and total costs was revealed,and the operability of increasing carbon tax prices and reducing railway freight rates for optimizing transportation routes was demonstrated.Through the research of this article,we can provide certain suggestions for the selection of multimodal transportation routes for cold chain transportation of fresh agricultural products,and also provide reference for general multimodal transportation problems.However,in the research of this article,the assumption is too ideal,and the scenario that a batch of goods can be divided and transported is not considered,and the problems that are not involved need to be improved.
