With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the improvement of people’s consumption level,the demand for fresh products is increasing day by day.At the same time,people are paying more and more attention to the quality of fresh products.As an important way of fresh goods circulation,cold chain logistics transportation has been developed in China.At present,China is vigorously promoting multimodal transport,which has integrated the advantages of a variety of transport modes in long-distance transport,and has become an important means to promote cost-reducing and cost-enhancing logistics industry and supply-side reform in China.Route selection is the key to the cost and efficiency of multimodal transportation,and optimization of transportation route should be taken as an effective measure to improve the development level of multimodal transportation of fresh goods.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the shipper’s route choice,this paper studies the optimization model construction and case analysis of fresh goods container multimodal transport route,mainly including the following contents:(1)The theories related to the characteristics of fresh products,cold chain transportation,container multimodal transportation and path optimization were sorted out,and the development status of cold chain transportation in China was elaborated in detail.Combined with the development status of reefer container multimodal transportation,the feasibility basis for this study was provided.(2)This paper analyzes the factors affecting the route choice of the shipper,and expounds three aspects: economic factor,time factor and cargo value factor.The application scenario of time penalty cost is defined and the calculation expression is given;Express shipper’s limitation of transportation time in the form of shipper’s satisfaction;The linear expression of quality change of fresh goods is given,and the value loss of fresh goods is expressed by the cost of quality damage borne by the shipper.(3)In order to minimize the sum of transportation cost,transfer cost,time penalty cost and quality loss cost,the multimodal transportation path optimization model was constructed,and the genetic algorithm solution was designed according to the characteristics of the model.(4)The multimodal transportation network of fresh goods between two cities in China was constructed.The solution set and cost composition of fresh goods transportation scheme with different quality change rules were obtained by Matlab software.The entropy-weight TOPSIS evaluation method was used to compare the schemes and obtain the optimal transport scheme of the two fresh goods weighing each index.At the same time,sensitivity analysis was carried out on the delivery time of fresh products.This paper can provide ideas for determining reasonable delivery time limit and formulating corresponding transportation scheme for fresh products with different quality change rules,so as to give full play to the transportation advantages of multimodal transportation for fresh products with short shelf life and easy deterioration.
