With a remarkable enhancement of people’s living and a significant improvement of consumption quality, the demand for fresh products from urban and rural residents in China has been rising, and higher expectations have been put forward for the edible quality, quality and safety of fresh products and product diversification. However, most fresh products have the characteristics of cross-regional sales and cross-seasonal preservation, and the total cost of circulation is high,time-sensitive,and the loss rate is large. The existing cold chain transportation methods can hardly meet the people’s demand for fresh products with high timeliness and low loss,so the fresh industry needs to find another way to develop more highquality fresh products in the long-distance cold chain transportation methods. In recent years,China’s high-speed railway transportation network is accelerating the formation of high-speed railway express transportation,high-speed railway transportation "high speed," "high frequency," "high stability" "high capacity" and other characteristics are very suitable for the fresh produce transport time efficiency, low loss requirements. The "high speed railway +highway" transportation method is applied to the medium and long distance transportation of fresh products, which will greatly improve its transportation efficiency and quality. For the current situation of high speed rail freight and fresh produce transportation, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the transportation scheme of "high speed rail + highway"transportation mode for fresh produce, and constructs a multi-objective "high speed rail +highway" transportation system based on the total cost, satisfaction of receiving time and satisfaction of fresh produce quality as the optimization objectives."The "high speed rail +highway" transportation mode is compared with the single transportation mode of highway and airline and the "airline + highway" transportation mode respectively. The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solving the model with Guangzhou-Beijing as an example, and the Pareto solution set of different transportation modes is obtained. The results show that, considering the three objective functions,"high-speed rail + highway" transport mode is better than single transport mode of highway, airline and "airline + highway" transport mode. Finally, for the different preferences of multimodal transport operators for different combinations of model objectives, the entropy-weight-TOPSIS evaluation method is introduced to evaluate different combinations of model objectives and recommend effective transport solutions for multimodal transport operators with individualized and different needs. This study can provide some theoretical and practical references for the decision of multiobjective fresh produce transportation route selection based on "high-speed railway +highway".
