Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural River Collaborative Governance In Xiangshui County

With the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the establishment of the National Rural Revitalization Bureau,the rural river governance is particularly important.Based on the recent problem of national food security,rural river channels will also further play the function of agricultural irrigation.Then,rural river governance involves many departments,so it is of great practical value and significance to study the problems of rural river collaborative governance.This paper basically follows the idea of "discovering problems,finding causes and proposing countermeasures" to study problems rural river collaborative governance based on the theory of collaborative governance,public management,ecosystem and sustainable development.Although Xiangshui county has promoted the rural river collaborative governance,there still exist problems like unsound collaborative governance mechanism,depending too much on government and insufficient social participation after research.Through the in-depth analysis of the causes of collaborative governance and based on the practice of river governance at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward targeted countermeasures from system construction,planning management,factor guarantee and broadening management channels,hoping to improve the level of rural collaborative governance in Xiangshui County.There are 2 tables,and 55 references.
