| Pays more attention to the "sandwich layer" group,indemnificatory housing has risen on a large scale.During this period,due to the particularity of the public rental housing space and the occupants,deficiencies were revealed in the interior space design.Through research,this research seeks new ideas for public rental housing design regarding the lack of functional space and insufficient storage space in public rental housing.As the combination of people who has need of public resenting and residential characteristics,through the research and enrichment of the concept of "small households",a practical design path can be found.Guided by the public space needs of the Under the need of a big family lived together in the small house,the redesign of living space has a significance to solve existed problems about public resenting,and also can improve people’ s quality of life who lived in,as well as perfect types of residential building and its development of public rental housing..This paper analyzed the problems existing in space design of domestic public renting rests on the design of low-income housing living space in foreign countries,and also borrowing their experience which can fit ours.Through field research Through field research on the environmental space,resident groups and space demands of public rental houses in Chongqing,the existing problems in the living space of public rental houses are discussed,and solutions are proposed for the existing problems.Theoretically,it is proposed that the different residential subjects(single family,DINK family,nuclear family,extended family)On the difference of public space demand in living space,the importance of public space in living space,through the study of housing types and public rental housing living subject,enrich the concept of "small family",open up ideas for public rental housing interior design.In practice,the feasibility design of residential space is carried out for the indoor public space of the "small households".Analyze and summarize different family models,and propose new design methods based on the concept of "small households".While paying attention to the practicality of public spaces,it also considers people’s psychological needs.The effective design of public spaces has advantages in improving communications among family members,and the development of harmonious society. |
