Study On The Renewal Strategy Of Public Space In Suzhou Small Towns

With the acceleration of China's aging trend,the issue of old-age care has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.As the first city in China to enter an aging society,Suzhou still has many shortcomings in the construction of suitable aging,especially in the aging of public spaces in small towns.New urbanization and population aging put forward new requirements for the development of small towns in Suzhou.Under this dual background,it is urgent to update the public space of small towns in Suzhou to provide a comfortable,safe and healthy living environment for the elderly.This has far-reaching significance for the healthy development of urbanization in Suzhou's small towns and the solution of the problem of old-age care in the future.Therefore,the research on the aging problem of the public space in Suzhou small towns and cities,and puts forward the corresponding appropriate aging update strategy,is the focus of old-age pensions in Suzhou.This paper divides the public space of Suzhou small town into three categories: point,line and face,and studies the characteristics of public space and the layout of public space.Through the analysis of the current aging status of public space in Luzhi Town,the paper analyzes the appropriate aging problems of the three types of public space from the characteristics and needs of the elderly,and analyzes the aging needs of the public space in the elderly.On this basis,the space design is respectively In the three aspects of supporting facilities and public management,the corresponding public space aging update strategy is proposed.The thesis firstly expounds the research background,purpose and significance,content and method,and defines related concepts.It analyzes the domestic and international research summary,related theories and characteristics of the elderly and outdoor activities in the small urban public space.The characteristics and layout of public spaces in small towns.Secondly,it studies the current situation of public space and the aging problem in Luzhi Town.There are mainly information analysis of the elderly population,analysis of the status quo of the public space,and analysis of the outdoor activities of the public space in the elderly,including the travel mode,time characteristics and spatial characteristics of the elderly outdoor activities.It also analyzes the problems and needs of public space aging,including the analysis of public space satisfaction of the elderly,the analysis of the needs of the elderly for the aging of the public space,and the collation and analysis of the aging problem of the public space.Then,on this basis,anattempt is made to propose a public space aging update strategy,including the public space aging update principle,the appropriate aging update focus and the appropriate aging update method.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text,including the main results,research deficiencies and prospects.
