The Rural Landscape Planning Of Wenglin Village Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

In 2020,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee further emphasized the overall promotion of rural revitalization strategy and listed it as a major development strategy at the national level in the new era.Its importance is obvious.As the production and living space of farmers,countryside is the core implementation carrier of rural revitalization.At present,there are many construction cases with rural revitalization as the background,but there are many problems,such as rural landscape planning divorced from industrial development,villages facing ecological security and landscape homogenization,and rural development is not sustainable.To sum up,in order to achieve the goal of "thriving industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance and rich life",it is of great practical significance to carry out research on rural landscape planning to explore the planning principles and strategies of rural landscape in the context of rural revitalization.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The literature review method and inductive deductive method were used to summarize the current research situation at home and abroad,and the connotation of rural revitalization strategy and rural landscape planning was studied on the basis of sustainable development theory,ecology theory,urban-rural integration theory and landscape aesthetics theory.Summed up the current rural revitalization is the premise of industry efficiency,and ecological environment,rich life,facilities modernization,cultural enrichment,rural landscape planning should fully integrate rural resources,focus on long-term interests of the villagers,comprehensive multi-disciplinary theory knowledge,overall planning,rural resources for sustainable,effective and reasonable development and utilization,Create a rural gathering place rich in culture,ecology and industry.(2)Rural landscape includes five types: productive landscape,ecological landscape,living landscape,cultural landscape,and facility landscape.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,rural landscape planning should follow the principles of integrating landscape and property,giving priority to ecology,inheriting the local area,inheriting the rural appearance,and overall planning.On this basis,the corresponding planning strategies for the construction of productive landscape,ecological landscape,living landscape,facility landscape and humanistic landscape are put forward from macro to micro level.(3)Conduct field research on Menshan Village,Haizi Village,Guoshui Village,Longtou Village and Mingyue Village.Combined with the historical background of rural revitalization,analyze the planning and construction of rural landscape in the above-mentioned villages and summarize the experience for reference: Under the background of rural revitalization,rural landscape planning should give priority to ecology,develop the primary industry and expand the secondary industry chain.Based on the integration of landscape and property,the overall planning of villages should be carried out in the principle of inheriting the native land.(4)In guizhou province guiyang qingzhen weng lam tsuen empirical object,as a planning on weng lam tsuen natural conditions,industry development,current situation of social and economic conditions,on the basis of detailed investigation,combined with questionnaire investigation,interview and so on understanding the vision of the villagers to the rural landscape planning and the demand for rural residential environment improvement,follow the principle of the foregoing proposed rural landscape planning,Based on the above planning strategies and the industrial development of Wenglin Village,according to the goal of rural revitalization,the rural landscape planning of Wenglin Village is carried out,which is divided into "two-core,three-belt and seven-area" landscape structure and function zoning.On this basis,special planning and detailed landscape planning of local nodes are carried out.
