Study On Renewal Design Of Public Buildings In Traditional Villages In Su-Xi-Chang Area

With the development of economy and the rapid expansion of urbanization,the number of traditional villages has dropped sharply,and traditional villages and the main building bodies in them are facing the strong impact of modernization.Public buildings in traditional villages can no longer meet the needs of the current era in the transition of the times.Some of them have been damaged to a certain extent due to modern over-development,and some are in a state of idleness,and their preservation conditions are worrying.Public buildings in traditional villages are in urgent need of sorting out and updating.The research object of this article is the public buildings in the traditional villages of Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou.First of all,the author combed the relevant documents and practical cases at home and abroad,and found that the current domestic researches on the renewal of public buildings in traditional villages are small and the research depth is insufficient.Related domestic practice is in full swing,and various updated theories and strategies derived from practice also have guiding significance for the study of this article.In the previous theoretical research,I visited the public buildings in 19 traditional villages in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou,and analyzed and investigated them from multiple angles.Understand the status quo of different types of public buildings in traditional villages in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou.Sorting out the available status of public buildings in different types of villages,and discovering the problems existing in traditional villages at this stage and the problems existing in the renewal of public buildings.Finally,it is concluded that the demand for traditional public buildings is decreasing,the modern public buildings are lacking,and the new public buildings are homogenized.Analyze the current domestic rural construction renewal mode and its impact on public building renewal from the macro level,summarize the pros and cons of the three rural renewal modes,and then analyze the current status and reasons of the function evolution in traditional villages,and summarize the public building renewal in traditional villages.The limitations and feasibility of Through the actual case analysis of different types of domestic rural public building renewal,I try to find design experience,explore the strategy of public building renewal,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the design.Provide a basis for the proposal of the design principles and methods for the renewal of public buildings in traditional villages.Summarize the principles of public building renewal design applicable to traditional villages,and propose targeted design renewal strategies,and propose specific design methods from the three levels of the building’s external space,interface form and internal space.Finally,the design practice of Xue Shiqing ninety-nine and a half rooms in Yuqilishe ancient village in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou area was renewed,including the exterior space,interface form,interior space of the building,and the point-like update of the exterior environment of other public buildings in the traditional village to echo each other.It is hoped that this research will provide some suggestions and references for the future practice of public buildings in traditional villages in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou.
