The Study About The Protecting And Renewal Of Public Space In Traditional Villages

The research begin with the hot topic about the protection and development of traditional villages, in which the public space is important, with human’s activities. On the basis of field-survey and analysis about ten traditional-villages---Xin’ansuo village in Mengzi County, Xinfang village、Gaoying village and Xiapochu village of Xizhuang town in Jianshui County, Cangtai village of Guanting town in Jianshui County, Sijia village and Sujia village of Baxin town in Shiping County, Guidong village of town Leyv and Hachongshang village of town Jiache in honghe County, Chengzi village of town Yongning in luxi County, with the basis in which the senior had researched in the field about urban planning, landscape, sociology, and ethnology, those villages would be divided into four types---Transportation business, Recuperate defensive, National characteristic and Traditional farming. Then giving the suggestions, own to protect and update the public space in traditional-villages. Via the field-surveys, we could obtain that human’s activities in those villages above are different with the history, resources, cultural features of the villages. All in all, protecting and updating the public space in different village, we should build the appropriate places combine with villagers’customs and visual sense of beauty on landscape, and make the public space suit for villagers.
