The Qinling tradition village has the region compatibility and the cultural vitality extremely.Under the national urbanization development overall background,the Qinling tradition village faced with many challenges,follows the modern architecture material in particular the popularization,the village construction builds the system to be at the passive adaptation condition.In the Qinling tradition village function promotion process,new building methods are more and more used in local peoples life because the lacks of specialized instruction.Generally had not reasonably and ecology even unsafe,and so many questions.Created the region compatible construction formal language outflow.The paper followed the logical sequence of residential buildings.First,definiting the background of Qinling traditional villages including the construction of the natural environment and the cultural and historical environment.Second,investigating the representative residential buildings in the South of Qinling Mountains Area,namely the Ningqiang county of Hanzhong,the Xunyang county of Ankang and the Zhashui county of Shangluo.Through the comparative analysis summarized the current situation of the construct about residential buildings in the South of Qinling Mountains Area and the prominent problems.Then according to the results of research,combing the features in two ways about the local construct on residential buildings.They are traditional construct method and modern mrthod.Both of them have five elements covering space layout,building structure,buildingtechnology,building materials and detailed decoration.Combined with the today demand for the use of villagers and the value in the future.Respectively discussed the advantages and disadvantages in two species construction.Analyzing the serviceability of them.Finally,according to the analysis results proposed construction update recommendation focus on the residential buildings in South of Qinling Mountains Area.Emphasizing inheriting the wisdom in traditional construction and using the modern technology material reasonably.Making the update targets about residential buildings construction clearly.And in view of the two typical residential buildings which located in South of Qinling Mountains Area achieving the update design.The construction update targets of residential buildings in south of Qinling Mountains Area can divided into five elements.They are safety,comfort,economy and beauty as well as low-carbon.We can use function automation and function modulation to fulfill the update of space layout.Besides,partition optimization and traditional courtyard regression will also help the residential buildings get the renewal.For building structure,we want to underline the safety improvement,so it is important to choose the suitable materials,construction team.also suggesting the steel frame,steel-wood structure to update the building structure.Inheriting the existing traditional construction wisdom and using the modern construction technology to improve the indoor comfort level of local residential building.In the context of local weather conditions and natural resources to take fully into account the green energy-saving technology implementation.Improved traditional construction material disadvantage,emphasizing the rational use of traditional materials and modern materials localization updated practices.Finally in the update of adornment detail methods to the promotion of doors and windows air tightness is put forward.The paper attempts to build through the above studies to promote the residential buildings construction updates process in south of Qinling Mountains Area.
