| In the past decade,the health paradigm has undergone a major shift.With the younger age of the disease and the increase in the number of patients with chronic diseases,people have gradually improved their concept of health care.People are paying more and more attention to their own health management and yearning for healthy eating behavior.This topic originated from the school-enterprise cooperation project of Jiangnan University’s School of Design and Qingdao Group-Haier Youth Refrigerator Experience Design Research.The purpose is to explore the new healthy eating experience that young people are concerned about.According to the insight of future user needs,it proposes a healthy design strategy with commercial and application value,and outputs a new innovative design plan for refrigerators.In the theoretical research link,the article first started from the definition of healthy eating,and sorted out the relevant factors that affect healthy eating behavior.Secondly,it clarified the concept development and composition of the promotion of healthy eating behaviors,laying a theoretical foundation for exploring users’ healthy eating needs and understanding users’ lifestyles,and proposing design intervention opportunities for healthy eating behaviors based on user needs to create an ideal healthy diet.Experience.Next,explore the relevant elements of the refrigerator experience and clarify that in the context of promoting health,the transformation of the role of the refrigerator mainly starts from three aspects: product function,family positioning,and social role.Finally,through a comparative analysis of existing domestic and foreign refrigerator products combined with the theoretical analysis in the previous article,three design opportunities for refrigerator health experience are preliminarily summarized,namely emotional experience,intelligent experience,and entertainment experience,to guide the next step.The output of design strategy and design practice process.In the research and strategy output link,we adopted questionnaire surveys,household surveys,and in-depth interviews to observe and study the post-90 s youth population to gain insights into the eating behaviors of "post-90s" families and the pain points and demand points of refrigerator use experience.The refrigerator experience is divided into five stages: refrigerator purchase,refrigerator use,after-sales service,eating behavior,and health management.Carry out classification analysis according to different needs of users at different stages,output design opportunities,and propose corresponding design strategies to guide subsequent design practices.In the design practice link,the health of refrigerator products is defined,the refrigerator design is based on the health monitoring and management of eating behavior,and the product hardware equipment and service system are built in combination with the design strategy,which builds a healthy family eating behavior experience and solves the problem of users.Health needs when using refrigerators.Eventually achieve the goal of the subject research,with healthy eating behavior as the goal,and experience design as a means to realize the healthy change process of the user’s healthy eating behavior from "instant attraction" to "continuous persistence",so that users can have comfort and pleasure The healthy life experience of the post-90 s has helped the young people born in the 1990 s develop healthy eating habits and promoted the transformation of a healthy lifestyle. |
