| With the general improvement of living standards, people’s demand for quality of life has also experienced upgrading, and health issues have been widely concerned. In 2020,the threat of COVID-19 has greatly changed people’s lifestyle.People are eager to seek a safer and healthier way of life.Among them, people pay more attention to healthy diet.Refrigerator plays an important role in food storage and freshness maintenance, and it is an important part of food life.In order to meet the health needs of users, refrigerator manufacturers also optimize and upgrade the basic preservation functions of refrigerators from the perspective of health scenarios, and launch health functions such as food monitoring, sterilization and deodorization. But the existence and reproduction of bacteria can not be eliminated in the refrigerator. The bad behavior of users when using refrigerator may still lead to food deterioration, bacterial pollution and other adverse consequences, and also lead to food poisoning and other malignant events. Therefore, when designing refrigerator,we should also consider the behavior of users using refrigerator to avoid the adverse effects of using behavior on health. The theory of behavior change has been proved to be able to effectively guide people’s healthy behaviors and promote healthy lifestyle, and has been applied in design discipline. Therefore, this paper hopes to discuss the healthy design strategy of intelligent refrigerator aiming at the post-90 s users and promoting the healthy use behavior based on the theory of behavior change.Firstly, this paper studies the theory of behavior change.Behavior change theory is a behavioral and psychological research that explains, predicts, intervenes and guides individual behavior. After several years of development and practice,it has derived a variety of theories and models. In the field of design,Professor Fogg proposed the Fogg behavior model and founded the behavior design. On the basis of Fogg model, create behavior model introduces user intuition, time urgency and other factors to explain and guide user behavior.Under the guidance of the theoretical model,we can design user behavior trigger mechanism to further intervene and guide user behavior. In the user research stage, through household observation, qualitative and quantitative research,we observed, analyzed and summarized the living conditions, refrigerator use scenarios and behaviors of post-90 s people, and extracted the health behavior characteristics of users and the demand for refrigerators.Based on the create behavior model and the survey results,we can get the health intervention model of refrigerator use behavior of post-90 s population.According to the needs of users, the corresponding refrigerator product design strategy is put forward. Finally, the intervention strategy and design strategy are put into the design practice, and the design output is obtained to verify the effectiveness of the previous research. In this paper,we propose the refrigerator product design strategy based on behavior change, hoping to expand the research of behavior change theory in the design field, and provide ideas and reference for behavior oriented intelligent refrigerator product design and health design. |
