| With the rapid development of urban economy,the demand of urban transportation infrastructure is increasing.In order to solve the increasingly crowded situation of urban ground traffic,each major city has built viaduct and expressway one after another.Urban viaduct belongs to linear municipal engineering,which is more complicated than construction engineering.In the construction stage,there are problems such as great influence on urban traffic,many construction sections and complex engineering management,so it is urgent to adopt fine management mode to carry out project management.Application of BIM technology in construction industry provides a feasible way for project construction management to achieve fine management.Design of BIM Technology in Municipal Engineering and Bridge Engineering There are some application cases in construction,but there is an urgent need for a set of feasible process for the fine management of the progress of urban overpass to solve the problems existing in the construction stage of urban overpass in China.Based on the theory of schedule management and fine management,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in construction schedule management,and solves the problems existing in traditional schedule management in construction site.Taking BIM technology as the auxiliary tool of engineering project management,the BIM modeling is used to deepen the design of engineering drawings to complete the model building,model parameter setting and engineering structure decomposition of urban overpass(EBS).Based on the BIM information management platform,the application status of domestic BIM information management platform is analyzed.Taking the BIM model as the foundation of the project progress information carrier(EBS&WBS),the progress plan preparation and the 4 D simulation are completed,and the time limit prediction is completed by using the same inverse relation number method and the gray prediction model.Identify a fine process for schedule management.It has certain application value to the fine management of the progress of the subsequent urban overpass.This study takes the progress management of the city overpass —— the south extension of Guanggu Avenue(third Ring Line ~ Outer Ring Line)as a practical project case.Using Revit software and Inventor software and establishing the BIM model of the project,the visualization and simulation functions of the BIM technology are realized;according to the characteristics of the city overpass,the corresponding BIM application points are completed;and the data values of the planned duration and the actual duration are checked by using the information integration function of the PIP collaborative platform.The progress optimization in this paper mainly includes two main contents: traffic dredging and construction period optimization of city overpass,and optimization of city by traffic dredging optimization The construction site layout and special scheme of the overpass make the examination and approval period of the construction project to the traffic department shorten,and reduce the surrounding environment and subjective factors leading to the construction start time.Based on the prediction model of the construction period in this paper,the progress simulation of the overpass is completed by importing the data into the Fuzor software,analyzing the progress situation and rectifying the progress in time. |
