State Grid Renshou County Power Supply Company’s distribution network production emergency repair command business currently lacks dedicated software tools,resulting in low business management efficiency and high error rates.Therefore,by selecting reasonable software technologies and tools,a set of distribution network production emergency repair command platform is designed and developed according to the company’s distribution network fault emergency repair management business,which realizes the automation and information of the distribution network production emergency repair command management.In the research,the current situation of information technology development of distribution network emergency repair command at home and abroad is sorted out and analyzed.Combining with the current business status and problems of Renshou County Power Supply Company,the functional development requirements of the system are divided into data interaction,Web server and APP service.According to the system requirements analysis,the current software development technology was analyzed and the technology selection based on Java Web,NAS network incremental storage,Baidu Map electronic map,and HyBrid hybrid APP development model was established.Then,according to the analysis of system requirements and technology selection,the functional design methods and ideas of the system were studied in detail,including the system’s overall function scheme,interactive functions,Web server and APP functions,and database table structure.On the basis of the system function design results,according to the system’s research and development technology,the system’s interactive function,Web server,APP function realization method,process,code and operating interface is studied and explained in detail.Finally,through the simulation test and verification of the system,the functions and performance of the system have reached the expected requirements.This system can realize data interaction with 95598 client systems,PMS systems,CIS systems,and electricity collection systems by the use of NAS network incremental storage technology.Through the analysis of the distribution network fault data and customer repair report data obtained through interaction,the corresponding distribution network fault emergency repair work order is created,and the work order is automatically dispatched.At the same time,the system can dynamically track and monitor the dispatched work orders.The application of the system has effectively improved the management efficiency and quality of the distribution network production emergency repair command business of Renshou County Power Supply Company.
