Grid fault repair service as an important part of service work of the power supply enterprise, is not only an important measure of the quality indicators of power supply service, but also provided a strong guarantee for the safe of customers and reliability of electricity. With the rapid development of social economy and the growth of people’s material and cultural life level day by day, customers’ demand shows the characteristics of diversification and individuation. Their demand has become increasingly strong for flexible interaction, variety selection, as well as efficient and convenient service. As the special industries which in relation to national economy and people’s livelihood, customers request higher and higher for the quality of power supply and the efficiency of power supply service.Distribution network has been basically achieved the line of contact, but the distribution network emergency workers need to equipment malfunction line by line, because more lines in a variety of forms, and the power grid structure is complex. And, due to the low degree of power distribution automation system, if the line of equipment failure or stop sending, the scheduling staff on duty only can inform emergency workers to the field of artificial operation, the distribution network equipment running status of loading situation also is unable to see in real time.Quality and reliable power supply in relation to agencies and homes, it will greatly affect people’s production and living in the event of failure outage. So The State Grid public commitment that grid fault restores no more than 5 hours in the city, no more than 8 hours in the countryside. But the contradiction between above requirements and the current lack of power supply enterprises in terms of fault repair anticipation, scheduling command, means of troubleshooting, determines the necessity of the implementation of intensive repair.This article through to the classified analysis of various common faults which in the current distribution network, put forward the improvement measures of intensive management on failure analysis, scheduling command, repair model, working process, the allocation of resources and other aspects of distribution network fault repair work, combined with information technology. It will further improve the fault forecasting and control capability of power grid, optimize the resources distribution of repair, decrease the intermediate turnover link, and straighten out the repair business processes. It is of great significance for the establishment of efficient and fast repair service operation platform, and the comprehensively improvement of the quality of power supply service.
