Facing unprecedented pressures and challenges brought by the marketization of electricity,improving the quality of power supply services has become a strategic guide for power companies.At the same time,as the end network of the entire power system,the distribution network is the key to the normal operation of production and life.When multiple faults occur,it is important to arrange the repair order reasonably,allocate the repair resources scientifically,and complete the repair work quickly and efficiently.Therefore,comprehensively considering the needs of differentiated services for power users,the quality of emergency repairs and the actual situation of emergency repairs,and carrying out research on the strategy of differential emergency repairs for urban distribution network failures will help achieve an organic combination of efficient emergency repairs and quality services.The distribution network fault repair work allocation method is taken as the main research object,conducting research work from the aspects of differentiated grading of power users,differentiated grading of repair team repair quality,and a differentiated allocation model of distribution rush repair work.The main tasks include:1、Differentiate and classify power users based on variable weight correction.The combination of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the constant weight of the index,and the variable weight is modified based on the evaluation value of the index to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value.Based on the comprehensive evaluation value,the differentiated classification of power users is achieved.The example analysis proves that the proposed differentiated classification method for power users is reasonable and effective.2、Differentiate the quality of emergency repair teams based on cloud models.Obtain the index cloud evaluation value and cloud weight,and then obtain the final evaluation result of the assessment and evaluation of the emergency repair team.Based on the final evaluation result,realize the differentiated classification of emergency repair team quality.The analysis of the examples proves that the proposed method for assessing the quality of emergency repair teams is reasonable and effective.3、Analyze the factors that affect the differential deployment of fault repair work in distribution networks,and establish a differential deployment model for fault repair work in distribution networks.Then,based on the actual situation such as the differentiation level of power users,the quality assessment level of the emergency repair team and the weather,road conditions,the task force of the emergency repair team,and real-time location,a fault user priority model was established.Based on the fuzzy theory,the emergency repair deployment plan is obtained.The analysis of the examples proves that the proposed method of differential deployment of fault repair work in the distribution network is reasonable and practical,and can better achieve the balance between meeting the user’s differentiated needs and quickly recovering power supply.4、Use a power supply company as a pilot to verify the differentiated repair strategy for distribution network fault repair.Combining the power user differentiation level,the emergency repair quality assessment level of the emergency repair team,and the actual situation such as weather,road conditions,emergency task force amount,and real-time location,based on the differential dispatching model of distribution network fault repair work,a practical and reasonable dispatching scheme is obtained,which verifies the rationality and practicability of the differential dispatching method of distribution network fault repair work.Compared with the traditional repair work,it is proved that the proposed method can bring higher repair benefits.Finally,a service model of active push for differentiated fault repair information in the distribution network is proposed,which provides a reference for further improving the quality of service in the distribution network repair service and meeting the power users’ right to know the fault repair information.
