The Study Of Comprehensive Repair Project Management Model Of The Jindong Distribution System

According to the rules of the relevant provisions of the "Construction of power supply enterprise-class standards and the county assessment rule", the reliability rate of the power distribution system is required to achieve99.4%. Integrated distribution network fault repair management is an important task in the safe operation of the power system which takes a direct impact on supply reliability. Scientific and efficient repair management can improve the reliability of power supply and the quality of service of distribution network. There are still some problems in the current distribution network fault repair management mode, such as unreasonable staffing, not standardized processes. Traditional distribution network repair mode mainly improves the efficiency and quality of repair by advanced technology, which can’t solve the above problems, when the development of technology encountered bottlenecks. How to study the repair management mode of the power supply integrated enterprise, to improve the management level of fault repair, shorten all kinds of fault repair time, improve repair efficiency, is a real problem faced by power companies.This article describes the current research distribution network repair management, take an overview of the development process of a comprehensive distribution network repair project management model, analyzes the current repair management model and problems of Jindong District network with relevant statistical data, analysis the repair project management performance and the impact of factors, describes the general idea of designing packaged project management model, and according to common type of fault analysis of Jindong District, proposes a design of repair projects, respectively for A、B and C categories packaged repair business processes, danger points and security controls, industrial equipment and materials have been studied configuration. Finally, analyze the repair results of the implementation of the Jindong Distribution System packaged repair. And the analysis shows that packaged repair mode improves repair performance.
