| In recent years,new modern buildings have developed rapidly,prefabricated building has become the focus of increasing attention.The construction of prefabricated building involves design,production,logistics,construction and other links,and quality problems in each link will affect the implementation of prefabricated building.The lack of close contact between units in the traditional project contracting mode will easily lead to the disconnection of design,production and assembly,making it difficult to ensure project quality.Since 2017,the national policy has put forward that prefabricated buildings should adopt the general project contracting mode in principle.In succession,many large enterprises begin to adopt EPC mode to construct prefabricated buildings.Although the engineering general contracting mode in raising the quality of prefabricated has a natural advantage,but for general contractor,there are few reference cases and higher requirements for comprehensive capabilities,so some quality management problems will inevitably occur in the process of project implementation.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research results,it is found that the quality management performance evaluation can be used to evaluate the project quality management ability.Therefore,this dissertation studies the performance of prefabricated building quality management under EPC mode from the perspective of general contractors,so as to improve the quality management ability and performance of the general contractor and further promote the overall development of prefabricated building project general contracting mode in China.First of all,based on field research and expert interviews,and based on the characteristics of EPC mode and prefabricated building,based on the quality management theory,performance theory,key performance index theory and other relevant theories,and with the help of literature analysis,this dissertation constructs the initial indicator system for performance evaluation of prefabricated building quality management under EPC mode.Then through expert consultation and scientific statistical analysis,the performance evaluation index system of prefabricated building quality management under EPC mode is obtained,including 5 first-level indexes and 28 second-level indexes.Secondly,this dissertation improves the rough set theory,eliminates the condition that the weight value of conditional attribute of rough set is equal to 0,and gives weights objectively.The G1 method was adopted for subjective weighting,and then the combination of minimum information entropy principle was used for weighting.Finally,the fuzzy matter-element analysis was applied to establish the performance evaluation model of prefabricated building quality management under EPC mode.We can not only evaluate the performance of prefabricated building quality management under EPC mode from the macro point of view,but also find out the factors that affect the performance of prefabricated building quality management under EPC mode from the micro point of view,so that the general contractor can take corresponding measures to improve the performance of the next project in a timely manner and make the evaluation more useful.Finally,this dissertation evaluates the performance of Qingdao Qingtie China Resources City project with the established model,proves the applicability and practicability of the fuzzy matter-element analysis model,and finds out the weak links of the current general contractor,so that the general contractor can take corresponding measures to improve the project performance in time.Through research,this dissertation puts forward a set of EPC pattern of prefabricated construction quality management performance evaluation index system.It makes up for the deficiency of the current prefabricated building quality management performance research.Promote the development of EPC pattern in prefabricated buildings,and provided the general contractor with a project quality management scale under EPC mode.It enriches the theory of prefabricated construction quality management,improved the quality management ability of general contractors.It improves the success rate of the project,improving the quality of the management performance,and further promote the prefabricated construction engineering general contracting mode in the comprehensive development of our country. |
