| According to the reports of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in recent years,the number of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in China is on the rise,becoming the disease with the highest mortality rate.In addition,according to the data of the World Health Organization,75% of the people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have different degrees of permanent disability,which brings great challenges to the research and development of rehabilitation medical equipment,the improvement of rehabilitation medical system and the development of medical and health undertakings in China.It is found that the main cause of cardio cerebrovascular disease disability is the lack of exercise of affected limbs in early rehabilitation stage,which leads to nervous system damage,muscle spasm,atrophy,joint activity stiffness,and even paralysis.A large number of studies have shown that early rehabilitation exercise of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is of great significance to their physical rehabilitation.At the same time,according to the plasticity theory of central nervous system,repeated training of limbs can change the mapping area of central nervous system,thus promoting the plasticity of the brain.Therefore,through the introduction of FBS theory design model,this paper proposes a rehabilitation chair equipment for early rehabilitation exercise of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases using FBS design model,and discusses the complete process from user needs to the use of the model for design.In this paper,FBS design model is used in the design process of cardio cerebrovascular disease rehabilitation chair.Through questionnaire survey and interview demand analysis of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,the user demand factors are summarized and analyzed,and the level demand factors of users are established.The reference value and feasibility analysis of user needs are transformed into the functional requirements of cardio cerebrovascular disease rehabilitation chair in the design process,so as to explore the user’s expected behavior by using the user experience map.Combined with literature analysis and research,taking the expected behavior as a reference,the design points and user pain points in the design process are searched again,and the product structure is deduced.Therefore,the design method based on demand and guided by FBS theory design model is formed to complete the design practice part of cardio cerebrovascular disease rehabilitation chair.This study broadens the application field of FBS design theoretical model,improves the design method of FBS theoretical model,provides reference for the rehabilitation research of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and provides new design strategies and ideas for the design of rehabilitation medical products.The design and research of rehabilitation products solves the disadvantages of traditional rehabilitation methods,brings hope for rehabilitation for users and families,shares work pressure for medical staff,and provides driving force for the development of medical and health undertakings. |
