| Stroke is a major category of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,has become the largest cause of disability in China.After the onset of stroke,patients are often accompanied by varying degrees of motor function loss,cognitive dysfunction,perception loss and other problems.About 70%~80%of patients will have upper limb motor dysfunction,which leads to huge market demand for upper limb rehabilitation products.Upper limb rehabilitation products belong to the category of small medical care equipment,which is an extension way for rehabilitation therapists to help patients recover their limb functions.Although clinicians and many scholars’ multi-dimensional exploration and attempt on upper limb rehabilitation and new technologies have rapidly expanded the types of upper limb rehabilitation products,the products currently on the market still focus on limb repetitive training,mainly focusing on single repetitive paradigm,single interactive mode and single training mode,and do not pay attention to the changes of patients’ fatigue during rehabilitation,which leads to the patients gradually reducing their enthusiasm for active training,and the rehabilitation treatment effect is not ideal.In this paper,in order to meet the needs of users,aiming at the existing problems of upper limb rehabilitation AIDS for stroke patients in the market,the intelligent Purdue nail board and the corresponding mobile phone APP were designed and developed,so as to comprehensively improve the treatment effect of upper limb rehabilitation for patients in various aspects.Firstly,the existing upper limb rehabilitation products in the market were analyzed from the aspects of product entity and interaction mode,and the design principles and methods of upper limb rehabilitation products for stroke patients were summarized.Then,questionnaires,user interviews,field research and other methods were used to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of users,in order to accurately locate user needs;And by means of experiments,the best interaction mode of upper limb rehabilitation AIDS was confirmed.The design idea of intelligent Purdue nail board was put forward.From three angles of functional elements,CMF elements and modeling elements,the design of the functional prototype of intelligent Purdue nail board was determined.From the perspective of interactive information architecture and interface visual design,the corresponding mobile APP design was determined.From the perspective of user research,this paper summarized the background and development status of upper limb rehabilitation AIDS and their interaction modes,and put forward the design method of intelligent rehabilitation AIDS.Using questionnaire,interview,field investigation and other user research methods,this paper summarized the needs of users in the process of using upper limb rehabilitation products,and deeply explored the hidden needs of users.Through the design of physiological experiments,this paper explored the influence of physical interaction and virtual interaction on upper limb rehabilitation training,so as to guide the design and development of upper limb rehabilitation products,and finally carried out design practice. |
