With the deepening of China’s aging,the number of stroke patients is also increasing.Most stroke patients have varying degrees of upper limb paralysis,which brings many inconveniences to the lives of patients and their families.If rehabilitation training can be carried out in time,part of their self-care ability can be restored and the burden on families and society can be reduced.However,the number of rehabilitation therapists in China is insufficient and the intensity of rehabilitation work is high,which is difficult to meet the rapidly growing rehabilitation needs,And the existing rehabilitation products have problems such as high price or limited rehabilitation ability.Aiming at the above problems,this study applies the user journey method to the design of rehabilitation products to help rehabilitation therapists reduce their workload.Firstly,this study understood the actual situation of stroke upper limb rehabilitation treatment in the rehabilitation department of Beijing Long Fu hospital through field investigation,interviewed rehabilitation therapists and stroke elderly,sorted out the user journey of rehabilitation behavior between doctors and patients,summarized and refined a large number of pain points and opportunity points in the rehabilitation process,and screened them by Kano analysis and analytic hierarchy process to find out the main user needs.Then,through literature and interviews,sort out the rehabilitation principles and methods of stroke upper limb rehabilitation,investigate the existing rehabilitation products,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing rehabilitation products from the perspective of users and the needs of rehabilitation medicine.Finally,the rehabilitation product design practice is carried out to design an upper limb rehabilitation product that meets the needs of upper limb rehabilitation medicine,has low cost,can reduce the workload of rehabilitation therapists and improve the rehabilitation enthusiasm of the elderly with stroke.This paper combines the user journey with Kano analysis method and AHP analysis method to make the user demand analysis more clear and focused,and applies this method to the design of stroke upper limb rehabilitation products to meet the needs of rehabilitation therapists and stroke elderly,and puts forward new solutions and schemes for the design of stroke elderly upper limb rehabilitation products.
