| In order to restore the upper limb motor control function and return to normal social life, patients usually need to conduct a lot of repetitive and high-intensity rehabilitation training under the guidance of rehabilitation physicians. The introduction of upper limb motor control rehabilitation assessment trainers into upper limb rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the efficiency of rehabilitation therapy and reduce the work intensity of rehabilitation physicians. At present, such products generally have unreasonable structure, single function and poor comfort, which cannot meet the physiological and psychological needs of users. In order to optimize the experience of using the product, this study starts from the perspective of user experience, conducts user experience tests and user demand research on the basis of the currently existing products, combines the results of demand analysis, and starts the design and research of upper limb motor control rehabilitation assessment training from the perspective of function, interaction, safety and aesthetic experience demand. In the user experience research stage, firstly, through the user experience test to understand the product function, analyze the user’s usage behavior and initially explore the user’s needs. Then, the target users were clarified, the physiological and psychological characteristics of users were analyzed, and the multi-target user research method for non-consumer products was proposed by combining the conclusions of the preliminary tests to obtain user needs and pain points in a targeted manner. In the requirement analysis stage,we refine and summarize different types of user requirements, aim at improving user experience, build a hierarchical model from the perspective of functional requirements, interaction requirements, security requirements and appearance requirements, carry out quantitative analysis, finally determine the weight of user requirements, and clarify the design analysis direction. Finally, the design of the upper limb motor control rehabilitation assessment trainer was completed, including the overall design plan, the training component design plan and the interaction interface plan.Based on the user experience theory,a multi-dimensional user experience evaluation was conducted to verify the rationality of the product design and the effectiveness of the design method. This study proposes a model of user experience design elements for upper limb motor control rehabilitation assessment trainers for multiple types of users, and develops related design research and practice to improve user experience satisfaction based on this model, providing reference for related rehabilitation medical product design research. |
