| As the domestic economy enters a new normal, the growth rate of the economy is gradually slowing down, but in order to maintain a steady rise in the economy, the domestic demand for energy consumption is still gradually expanding. In recent years, wind energy has been widely exploited as a clean renewable energy source, and the number of wind farm construction projects in China has increased year by year. While wind farm projects are being invested and constructed on a large scale,it is important to conduct post-evaluation of wind farm construction projects.Firstly, based on the study of project post-evaluation theory and wind power project post-evaluation management methods, this paper constructs a wind power project post-evaluation index system containing six first-level indicators and 24second-level indicators, such as target evaluation and pre-decision evaluation;secondly, using G1-CRITIC combination assignment to determine the index weights of wind power project post-evaluation,we obtain six first-level index weights of A wind power project post-evaluation The weights of the six level indicators for the post-evaluation of wind power project A are: project goal evaluation(0.3372),pre-decision evaluation(0.1519),construction process evaluation(0.1256),operation management evaluation(0.0633),benefit evaluation(0.2627),and sustainability evaluation(0.0592);then,the G1-CRITIC combination weighting method is combined with the cloud model to conduct the post The results of the post-evaluation of wind power project A were obtained as "relatively successful".Based on the results of the post-evaluation of wind power project A,the main reasons for the evaluation were identified, and suggestions were made to strengthen the control of the project during the construction phase, enhance the awareness of environmental protection, accelerate the establishment of the information platform, and improve the feedback mechanism of the post-evaluation of the wind power project,in order to provide reference for the subsequent operation of wind power project A and the investment, construction, and operation of other new wind power projects. |
