Wheelchair Design For Disabled People Based On Interactive Behavior

It has been 20 years since China entered the aging society.During this period,the degree of aging has been deepening and the base number of the elderly population of China has become the largest among countries of the world.More and more elderly people have poor mobility with the aging of body function.At the same time,in the development of urbanization,the incidence of accidents such as work-related injuries and traffic accidents continues to increase,which leads to an ever-increasing in the number of disabled.The increasing of the aging and disabled have been causing a rapid increase in the number of people with motor disabilities.Wheelchair,as one of the main vehicles for people with motor disabilities,plays an important role in the family and social life of the disabled.However,there are still many problems that can not be solved in the life of relying on wheelchair,such as the limitation of the vertical range of activities,the inability to relieve the physical pain of sitting for a long time,the limitation of travel distance by electric power,various operations that can not be completed independently in family life without the help of family members.The research project starts with the current situation and future development of the disabled population and the current use of wheelchairs.After analyzing the development stages of wheelchair design research at home and abroad,the classification of the target population of this wheelchair design research is determined.Then according to the interaction design theory,the core of the design is behavior,analysis and research are carried out from interaction behavior,physical and psychological characteristics of the disabled,ergonomic dimensions,and so on.Through the behavior analysis of wheelchair operation of disabled people in family environment,this paper points out the functions of wheelchair and the places where the design of wheelchair is unreasonable,summarizes the problems and points out the direction of wheelchair design.Combining with interviews with disabled people and their families,this paper uses AHP/QFD/TRIZ integrated design model to obtain the use needs of disabled people for wheelchairs,quantify the design needs of disabled people and obtain the focus of different disabled people for wheelchairs,so as to transform the needs into design schemes,and rationally eliminate the contradictions of the design,so as to provide reference for wheelchair design.Finally,the results of the research are applied to the specific design schemes,then whether the results are feasible will be verified.
