Based On The Idea Of Industrial Design, To Study Product Design For The Physically Disabled People

Design of the service object is immutable, that is human. That is to say, design must to meet the reasonable needs of the people, including the material needs and spiritual needs. In today’s world, there are more than1billion people with different degrees of disability. One out of every15people in our country is a disabled patients. The people with physically disabled accounted for about1/50of the total population. As the aging society intensifies, coupled with other factors like traffic accident and accidental injury, resulted in the number of physically disabled persons continue to rise. Their physical and psychological health worrisome. I think if they can gain the understanding and support from the society, Country attach great importance to them and get full support from a complete Limb disabled service industry, they will be very happy. In the limb disabled service industry, design and development of medical instrument is particularly important, but the reality is that we have not done enough, the design of medical devices still not have a complete system theory to guide, with physical disabilities centered design industry has not been perfect, so I choose this subject to study.Beginning of this article describes the development status and inadequacies of product of domestic physically disabled, through in-depth understanding of different ages, different levels of disability’s limb disabilities people’s living conditions and other relevant factors to analyze their desired asked for. On this basis, studying various design theory (humanized design, unconscious design, green design, intelligent design, emotional design, etc) on the physically disabled persons product design’s guiding significance, and summarizes the intrinsic relationship of between the various guiding ideology.In the end of the article, carried out wheelchair systematic design under the guidance of the industrial design. The ultimate goal of this paper is the results achieved through the research, it can provide more systematic theoretical support for physically disabled person’s products design in the near future, it also can indirectly provide high quality of life for patients with disability, and make their body and mind happiness.
