| Compensation management is a crucial part of human resource management,and the construction of an effective and reasonable compensation management system has a crucial impact on the cultivation of talents,the improvement of work efficiency and the improvement of business effectiveness.However,at present,many enterprises ignore the key of salary management,resulting in the loss of professional talents,poor management and other problems.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the problem of salary management.This paper takes HR Power Company as the representative case for analysis.Firstly,it elaborates the development status of compensation and compensation management,sorts out and determines the definition of compensation and compensation management as well as the related theoretical basis,and determines the content,methods and background to be studied in this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the current situation of HR Power Company’s human resources and compensation system,analyzes the current compensation system adopted by HR Power Company by means of questionnaire survey,and finds out that the company has problems such as unfair design of compensation system,lack of effective performance management support,and imperfect compensation and benefit system.Then,taking talent growth and company benefit increase as the ultimate goal,the compensation system is re-perfected and optimized,a compensation system that can highlight employees’ abilities and performance differences in positions is constructed,a salary level suitable for the market is established,compensation components are re-set,and flexible benefit plans are formulated.At the same time,this paper also puts forward the relevant implementation guarantee for the optimized compensation management scheme of the company,so as to ensure that the problems existing in the compensation management of the company can be solved.This study can provide reference and reference for the power enterprises in the process of transformation in compensation management. |
