| Urban public transport has the advantages of intensive,high-efficiency,energy-saving and environmental protection.In order to effectively alleviate the problem of urban traffic congestion and implement the environmental protection concept of green travel,the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Priority Development of Public Transport in Cities" in early 2013.The document pointed out that it is necessary to improve urban public transport conditions and improve the level of public transport services to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of public transportation.The bus shelter is the starting point for passengers to choose bus travel,providing passengers with a full range of waiting services.Optimizing the service functions of bus shelters is conducive to enhancing the attractiveness of public transportation.At present,the development of urban bus shelters in China is generally slow,and there is a lack of better service functions of the shelters from the perspective of passenger demand.Therefore,in-depth exploration of user needs,optimizing the use experience of bus shelters,and improving their satisfaction are the focus of this paper.From the user’s perspective,this paper introduces the Kano model after a large number of user studies in the early stage,and calculates the user’s core demand for the bus shelter,finds the design point of the bus shelter,and Take Guilin as an example to optimize the design of urban bus shelters,which improving the user satisfaction of bus shelters.This thesis first analyzes the research background and significance,and sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign bus shelters;then,through questionnaire surveys,user in-depth interviews,observation methods,etc.,obtain the passenger demand information when using the bus shelters.Then,the questionnaire is issued to each demand through the positive and negative questionnaire survey form of the KANO model,and the attribute classification of each demand point is determined after analyzing the results of the questionnaire.Then,by calculating the Better-Worse coefficient,the priority design order of various expectations and attractive requirements is determined.After clarifying the passenger’s demand elements for the bus shelter,take Guilin bus shelter as an example for design practice.Through the analysis of the regional culture of Guilin,the design factors of shape and color were obtained,and the ergonomics of the waiting facilities were analyzed in combination with ergonomics,and the optimization scheme of the Guilin bus shelter was designed.This thesis mainly solves the problems of single function,boring passenger waiting process,and failure to convey the city’s regional cultural characteristics that are common in bus shelters,and optimizes the experience and services of bus shelters,and improves passenger satisfaction. |
