At the end of 2019,the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic led to a sharp increase in the market demand for medical protective goggles. However, due to the small inventory of medical protective goggles and the relative shortage of materials, the existing protective goggles could not meet the urgent needs of medical staff. Therefore, this paper analyzes the design status of medical protective goggles, the stress on the head and face, nose pads and fogging when worn by medical staff, and systematically design and innovative research and design of medical protective goggles.practice.First,by analyzing the current research status of domestic and foreign medical protective goggles, and then through the methods of market research on protective goggles, questionnaires, observation methods, and in-depth interviews with medical staff,we can obtain the urgent needs of medical staff. Then introduce the KANO model for product demand analysis, construct user demand items, and screen out the real needs of medical staff for protective goggles from three levels: essential, expected and attractive, and rank the importance to construct medical protective goggles.Complete design prototype;using ergonomic design methods to clarify the optimization standards and objectives of the man-machine relationship between medical protective glasses,so that the overall product has human-machine experience elements such as safety, aesthetics and health, and clarifies medical protective glasses Humanized design direction;combined with the principle of PTC constant temperature heating to solve the functional problem of protective glasses fogging, design medical protective glasses that meet the needs of users and the environment, and propose a new direction for the design of multi-functional integrated medical protective glasses; Finally, the Rhinoceros software was used to construct the model of the morphological sketch and Keyshot to render the 3D model to complete the design plan. The paper uses KANO model research data analysis and ergonomics to optimize the human-machine relationship between the product interior and appearance, which can provide users with a more satisfactory customized solution, and can provide reference and reference for the design of other related customized medical products. |
