The acquisition of user requirement is the first step of product planning,positioning,development and iteration,which plays a decisive role in the success of the product in the market.With the increasing progress of Internet technology,the communication between people gradually turns to the one online,and customers are more inclined to express their opinions and thoughts in the open Internet situation.As a result,the Internet has gradually become an important channel for understanding customer preferences and generating smarter and more professional business decisions.From the perspective of enterprises,this paper takes automobile as the research object,conducts demand mining on automobile user experience data posted by users on the Internet,and proposes a strategy analysis method of product iteration based on user experience data.The main research includes the following aspects:(1)Identification,extraction and emotional computing analysis of useful comments in user experience data.Firstly,text theme was extracted through combination classifiers,like tf-idf,textrank and word2 vec,and the extracted words concerning automobile performance were extended by word2 vec to build the perfromance-concerned word base of automobile.The Fast Text and BERT text classification models were compared and studied based on useful comments.According to the results of classification and the adverbs of emotion degree,the emotion weighting study of useful comments was completed,and the calculation method of emotional intensity of each kind of performance was thus defined and calculated.(2)Demand mapping analysis based on Kano model.By combining the emotional analysis results with the Kano demand model,the product performances need iterating and improving were preliminarily screened through the satisfaction-sensitive-anddissatisfaction-sensitive matrix,and the product performances need iterating and improving to increase user satisfaction were figured out.(3)Construction and improvement strategy analysis of the system of the product performances need iterating and improving.Based on the degree of improvement of product performance satisfaction,the importance of product performance,and the degree of improvement of product performance based on the comparison and analysis of competitive product satisfaction,the product iteration index system was constructed and the priority calculation method of product performance need iteration was proposed.In addition,the data of user complaint,negative comment and positive comment of the best competitive products in terms of certain performance were mined and analyzed,the list of end-user requirements was obtained,and the strategy of product iteration and improvement was proposed according to user requirements. |
