| With the development of information technology such as Cloud Computing(CC)and Internet of Things(Io T),manufacturing resources are gradually developing in the direction of globalization as the types of manufacturing resources increase,the problems of resource idleness and resource shortage which caused by uneven distribution of manufacturing resources are getting more and more serious,and the manufacturing service cannot realize the reasonable allocation,which reduced the resource utilization rate.Cloud Manufacturing(CMfg)has become a service-oriented,high-efficiency,low-consumption advanced manufacturing model for the manufacturing industry by integrating advanced information technology.It is changing the way manufacturing companies organize production and business activities to cope with global competition and product individuality.CMfg inherits the“on-demand manufacturing,service manufacturing” concept,taking into account the ideas of “distributed resource centralized sharing” and “centralized resource decentralized service”.Service Providers(SP)and Service Demanders(SD)of Manufacturing resource realize resource service sharing and manufacturing service distribution Optimization is an important stage in the continuous development of the CMfg system.From the perspective of the operating principle of the CMfg system and the e-commerce model,this paper carries out the modeling of the manufacturing resource service system based on the CMfg system,and establishes the resource service sharing game and allocation optimization model for mechanical processing and manufacturing services.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the cloud platform operation mode and the e-commerce mode under the CMfg system,combined with the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing resources,the manufacturing resources are classified,and the manufacturing resources(MR),manufacturing services(MS)and manufacturing capabilities(MC)are analyzed.The logical relationship among the three establishes a manufacturing service distribution framework for machining.(2)Combining the characteristics of mechanical processing manufacturing services,the mechanical processing manufacturing services are systematically modeled,and the logical chain between Manufacturing Resources(MR),Manufacturing Services(MS)and Manufacturing Capabilities(MC)is designed,and a manufacturing oriented to mechanical processing is established.And the service sharing and distribution model lays the foundation for the subsequent manufacturing service sharing game and distribution optimization.(3)Based on the evolutionary game theory,a shared game model with SP as the dominant party and SD as the participant is proposed.The results of the evolutionary game in eight typical situations are discussed and analyzed,and the three evolutionary results of SP and SD under different model conditions are summarized as follows: the CMfg system provides a theoretical basis for collaborative manufacturing.The correctness of the shared decision-making evolution model is verified by numerical simulation.Based on this model,the influence of key factors such as initial sharing probability,excess incremental distribution coefficient and cloud platform management coefficient on the system evolution result is compared and studied.The change rule is the establishment of cloud platform an important basis for the theoretical model of information intercommunication and resource sharing.(4)Aiming at the problem of multi-user competition for the same type of resources,based on the decentralized decision-making mechanism,a manufacturing resource service allocation model based on evolutionary game theory is proposed to realize the reasonable allocation of manufacturing services.Take the component chain tolerance distribution of the assembly dimension chain as an example,regard the tolerance units belonging to the same assembly dimension chain as SD,use the resource service of the CMfg system as the SP to realize the reasonable allocation of manufacturing resource services,and establish the manufacturing resource constraints in the CMfg environment.The following evolutionary game-based tolerance allocation optimization model is used to solve the distributed algorithm using MATLAB software,and the optimal solution for tolerance allocation is obtained,and the advantages of the proposed model are compared with the existing results.The theoretical basis of manufacturing resource sharing and manufacturing service under CMfg is systematically analyzed,the framework of manufacturing resource service sharing and the manufacturing service allocation model oriented to machining are established,and the evolutionary game theory is introduced to carry out the optimization research on SP and SD manufacturing resource sharing and allocation under CMfg system.It provides an important basis for the establishment of the theoretical model of information exchange and resource sharing on the cloud platform,and provides technical support for the landing of cloud manufacturing.It promotes the wide application of cloud manufacturing theory in the manufacturing industry,and has important theoretical and practical significance for the transformation of the global manufacturing industry. |
