| The efficiency manufacturing is a key direction of the industry engineering. Sinceour country is a leader in the manufacturing field and the condition of wastes is worse,the informative manufacturing has been developed heavily in China.The cloud manufacturing is born out under this situation and it is a service-orientedmanufacturing. Not only could one client’s request be solved by many resources, butalso one resource can be used for many jobs at the same time. As the key point of thecloud manufacturing, the resources allocation model would influence on the efficiencyand quality of the CMfg. This paper focus on the scheduling of resources in CMfgaccording to NSFC “research on bottom interface of CMfgâ€(51005260).First, the background of the CMfg has been put forward inside and outside thenation and the basic theory of the CMfg. Compared with the popular advancedmanufacturing model, CMfg has been proved as the advanced one.Second, three types of the services has been proposed, especially themanufacturing service platform. The task of CMfg is clarified according to the scale ofthe task. The corresponding resources are matched to the task. The resources are dividedinto six types and details are given in the paper.Next, the rough selection and refine selection processes are worked out. Referredto the attributes of the resources, the rough selection can be done quickly and refineselection run with the four-standard principle and SSFLA.Finally, the simulation has put forward and it performs better than PSO and GA.All these works are keys to the prototype system. |
