China's automobile market has entered a period of fluctuating growth,since the domestic automobile sales showed a negative growth for the first time in 2018.Facing the situation of market turning down,the whole automobile supply chain must take measures to improve the utilization rate of resources and promote product transformation and upgrading.The measures include strengthening internal collaborative manufacturing effect and widely absorbing external high-quality manufacturing resources and capabilities.Cloud manufacturing service system is an emerging manufacturing mode,which can centralize and control the massive resources in different locations,and realize high efficiency,high quality,green and intelligent production.So it is a good way for the automobile industry.This thesis mainly analyses the influence trend of different factors on the willingness of enterprises to share resources in cloud manufacturing environment,and the strategies to drive both sides to share resources.The details are as follows:(1)A seven-level system architecture for automobile manufacturing resources sharing cloud platform is built,based on the cloud manufacturing structure and the actual business requirements of component purchasing and the other relevant phases.Besides,the operation process including resource integration and collaborative manufacturing is elaborated.(2)Considering the competitive relationship between the OEMs and suppliers,evolutionary game model of manufacturing resource sharing is constructed.And the evolutionary stabilization strategy of the game process is found by using the replicator dynamics.The ultimate stabilization strategy is that both sides choose the resource sharing strategy at the same time,or both sides choose the non-sharing strategy at the same time.(3)In order to find out which direction the evolutionary game model will finally evolve,the system dynamics model of manufacturing resource sharing is constructed based on the principle of system dynamics,and Vensim PLE software is used to simulate the specific influence trend of different factors on the strategy selection behavior of the OEMs and suppliers.It concludes that increasing initial sharing ratio,informatization benefit,relationship accumulation benefit,resource reserve benefit and mutual trust will help enterprises to share resources in cloud manufacturing environment;increasing platform access cost,penalty cost and technology loss risk cost will reduce the willingness to share resources;higher cloud platform management capability can attract a large number of suppliers to settle in;and considering the capacity matching,when the resource transformation capacity is appropriate,enterprises tend to form a supply-demand matching relationship.(4)Based on the simulation result,the strategy system of promoting resource sharing between OEMs and suppliers on cloud platform is summarized,which includes four aspects: cost-driven,resource-driven,trust-driven and strategy-driven.This thesis enriches the theoretical research of cloud manufacturing service system for resource sharing in automotive industry.Besides,it provides a way for the automobile industry to face the market sales turning down from the manufacturing mode level,and will be a significant reference for the promotion of automobile industry's cloud manufacturing service platform.
