Application Research On Financial Shared Service Center Of DP Group

With the rapid development of science,technology and economic globalization,more and more enterprises begin to expand the company scale.The expansion of scale is often accompanied by a series of problems such as the increase in management difficulty,the increase in operating costs,and the decline in work efficiency,which seriously restrict the growth and development of the company.Enterprises must solve these problems if they want to grow,and the concept of financial Shared service center came to management when they were looking for solutions.The emergence of the financial sharing service platform solves a series of problems such as inconsistent accounting records and reports,poor timeliness and high operating costs.It not only saves the labor cost,but also improves the enterprise’s ability to control the financial risk,thus improving the enterprise’s core competitiveness.Therefore,the author believes that the study of the specific application of financial Shared service mode in enterprises has certain guiding significance for improving and innovating the financial management mode of Chinese enterprises.Taking FSSC as the research object,this paper mainly studies the current situation of financial sharing service of enterprises and the influence brought to enterprises after the establishment of sharing mode.This paper selects DP group as a case study.The group started to build the financial sharing system in 2007,and now has formed a relatively complete financial sharing model.The case study is more convincing.This paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to study DP group.First,introduce the concept of financial Shared service center,and compare the differences of traditional financial management model.Secondly,it briefly describes the application status of FSSC in China.Starting from the general situation of DP group,it expounds the group’s financial management process and the module flow in the financial sharing service center.Analyze the implementation effect of financial Shared service center of DP group.Finally,the problems,optimization scheme and enlightenment of DP group financial Shared service center are expounded.Under the background of big data era,the financial transformation of enterprises is imminent,and the construction of FSSC will become an inevitable trend.This paper studies the operation of the financial sharing service center of DP group,improves the financial sharing management system in our country,and puts forward some Suggestions with reference value.
