| As an important strategic deployment put forward at the 19 th National Congress,"Rural Revitalization" has become an urgent task for building a modern socialist country by planning and building the vast countryside and promoting the construction of beautiful countryside.The level of village development in Inner Mongolia is related to the effective promotion of rural revitalization strategy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Villages around Hohhot have typical regional characteristics,but their development has been hindered to a certain extent due to the particularity of their geographical location.And precisely because of this particularity,it can be used as the entry point of rural characteristic development in ethnic minority areas,and as the advantage of rural development that is different from other developed areas in China.In the context of rural revitalization,how to evaluate the development potential of villages in Inner Mongolia and further define the types and optimization paths of different potential villages has become the key to the development of villages in this region.In accordance with the background of "rural revitalization",this paper evaluates and studies the development level and sustainable development potential of surrounding villages in Hohhot City,so as to put forward targeted development strategies.Based on the investigation of Hohhot’s natural resources,economic conditions,cultural and social environment,and other aspects,this study combs the basic situation,industrial economy,ecological environment and the status quo of life quality of surrounding villages in Hohhot.,quantitative research as the main means to rural revitalization of the target as the guidance,from the current situation of regional characteristic and development of the village,according to the rule of "the goal index factor" sequence can build step by step under the background of rural revitalization of five standard layer,10 a 24 concrete evaluation index and evaluation factors of village development potential evaluation system;The weight of each index factor is determined by combining subjective and objective methods.The development potential of 161 administrative villages around Hohhot was evaluated by using the dual evaluation method of "comprehensive evaluation method + characteristic single factor".According to the evaluation results,different types of village spatial development are obtained and corresponding village development strategies are put forward.Based on field investigation and related theories,this paper makes a quantitative study on the villages in the border minority areas.(1)Taking the villages around Hohhot City as the research object,this paper sorts out the current development situation of the region and analyzes its basic development characteristics and comprehensive development trend.(2)Based on the goal of rural revitalization and combined with the regional characteristics and development status of surrounding villages in Hohhot,the evaluation index factors were selected to construct the evaluation system of village development potential under the background of rural revitalization,and the empirical study was conducted.(3)By integrating the results of comprehensive evaluation with the results of characteristic single factor evaluation,"three levels and six categories" of village spatial development types were obtained.According to the development characteristics of different types of villages,the development strategies of different levels and different types of villages are discussed.It is expected to provide guidance for realizing the connote development path of specialization,specificity and differentiation in this region,and guide the healthy and sustainable development of surrounding villages in Hohhot... |
