Since the proposal of the United Nations to create a "child-friendly" city, many cities in China have actively explored the following two aspects on the road of building a "child-friendly" city.In terms of policy, the creation of "child-friendly" cities is included in the planning policy level;in practice, pilots have been established on various types of land in the city. Therefore, this paper focuses on the construction and verification of the evaluation model of community park friendliness under the concept of child-friendly,and puts forward the optimization strategy of Changsha community park,in order to provide a reference for the construction of "child-friendly" cities in Changsha. This study is based on the concept of child-friendliness,using evaluation theory and methods, combined with real-life investigation and practical cases,to build a community park friendship evaluation model with 6 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators as the hierarchy, and select Shanshuijian Community Park,Yuedao Riverside Community Park, and Yaquehu Community Park were used as research samples to verify the feasibility of the evaluation model.Based on the sample data, the optimization strategy of Changsha community park is proposed. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Explore the current situation of Changsha community parks and children’s use needs from a child-friendly perspective.16 community parks in Changsha City were selected for field visits, and the existing problems in Changsha City Community Parks were summarized from a child-friendly perspective.A "Questionnaire for the Status Quo of Community Park Activities" designed for children aged 0-12 was prepared, and the basic information, activities and feelings of children’s activities in community parks were analyzed based on the results of the questionnaire.(2)Use the analytic hierarchy process to build a two-tier structure community-friendly evaluation system for children.First of all, based on the results of field investigations and questionnaires, combined with a large number of relevant research literature and classic practice cases, the six levels of accessibility, safety, comfort, fun, versatility and participation can be extracted at the criterion level Grade factor, the index layer has initially extracted 20 grade two factors. After screening and optimization, the criterion-level factors remain unchanged, and the number of index-level factors has been adjusted to 26;secondly,after changing the evaluation factors into analyzable numerical variables, the importance of the same-level factors is then evaluated by experts Pairwise comparison, the reliability and validity test of the obtained data;finally, the Delphi expert scoring method to determine the comprehensive weight coefficient of each factor.(3)To verify the feasibility of the evaluation model of child-friendliness in community parks.Based on the evaluation system of children’s friendliness in Changsha City Community Park,Yaquehu Community Park,Shanshuijian Community Park and Yuedao River Community Park were used as empirical samples to qualitatively analyze the actual performance of 6 criterion factors and 26 indicator factors. With quantitative analysis. The results of the ranking of various factors show that the actual performance survey results of the three community parks are significantly consistent with the child-friendliness scores, which confirms the scientific feasibility of the community park child-friendliness evaluation model constructed in this paper.(4)IPA analysis was conducted on the mean and importance of the child-friendliness of each factor, and it was proposed that the child-friendliness of the Changsha City Community Park should be strengthened, selected, optimized, gradually improved and maintained.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the Changsha City Community Park surveyed in the article and the actual needs of children and parents from the questionnaire survey, based on the 6 criteria and 26 index factors, the comprehensive text proposes a community based on the concept of child-friendly Suggestions for specific optimization strategies of the park. |
