Abstract/Summary:
The process specificity of the airport’s non-stop construction has more uncontrollable factors than the traditional construction mode.Its progress control is more complicated than that of the general project,especially in the process of capital airports renovation and expansion.Because the original project schedule management method doesn’t consider much about the constrains and the resource,there is certain limitation.Focusing on the above problems,critical chain project management method has been adjusted to take into account the behavioral factor,and correct the above situations,so that the method has been a new way of implementation.The thesis focuses on how to combine non-stop construction project and critical chain technology so that the method will be applied more efficiently.Through the literature analysis method,based on the elaboration of the theoretical basis,connotation and using steps,the technology is compared with and traditional method,and the difficulties,key issue of the airport non-stop construction and the application of the technology in the project are analyzed.Then based on the critical chain technology,the non-stop construction schedule management optimization model is established.The entropy weight method is used to identify the key influencing factor and determine its index weight.The gray link analysis technology is used to determine the critical chain under the resource constrains.According to the relevant theory of the risk matrix,the consumption of buffer zone and the completion of the project can be evaluated,and the implementation of the project can be monitored by the schedule control matrix.Finally,a non-stop construction project of a 4F-class airport in North China is taken as an example to verify that the critical chain technology can greatly shorten the planned construction period in the non-stop construction project and ensure the project objectives can be completed on time.It has guiding significance for the progress control of this kind of project.
