| With the development of the city,subway will become the mainstream mode of urban transportation.However,as a key node in the subway construction network system,the long construction period and the need for multi-professional cooperation of the subway station platform are disturbed by many factors,such as the changeable construction environment,the complex technological process and the cross operation of many kinds of work,etc.,extremely easy to occur schedule delays,cost overruns,project delivery delays.In this context,the traditional construction schedule management methods and technologies no longer meet the needs of subway platform construction schedule management,a more scientific progress control method is needed to realize more comprehensive progress management of subway platform construction.Taking the H platform of Ningbo subway as the research object,this paper firstly summarizes the progress plan of the H platform construction project by using the case analysis method,and finds out the key factors that affect the project progress,then,by using WBS and PERT,the work decomposition and the selection of the key construction path of the H platform construction project are completed,and then the deviation of the actual construction status of the H platform construction project is analyzed by using earned value analysis method.Subsequently,a set of “Critical chain + BIM-4D”project schedule management system is developed,which mainly completes the system architecture design of construction schedule management system and the construction schedule management system model construction,and from the angle of “Man-machine material method ring”,the implementation safeguard measures are given.By applying the model to the construction of the H platform of the Ningbo Metro,the project was completed 20 days earlier than expected.At the same time,the simulation results show that the expected completion rate is as high as 92%,which is6 days ahead of the original construction schedule and 36 days ahead of the actual construction node,the feasibility and practical value of the research results are verified. |
