Study On The Cultural Connotation And Inheritance Mode Of Hanzhong Traditional Residential Style

Located at the junction of Shaanxi,Gansu,and Sichuan provinces,Hanzhong is influenced by many cultures,including the Central Plains culture from Guanzhong,the Bashu culture from Sichuan,and the minority Qiang culture from Gansu.In the long history and cultural integration,the formation of a very local characteristics of the traditional residence.This is an excellent case to study the influence of cultural factors on regional architecture.In today’s urban and rural construction increasingly homogenized today.A series of problems such as how to return to the origin of architecture and enrich the diversity and difference of architectural culture have become quite urgent.And the rediscovery of traditional architectural culture and regional architectural design is precisely under the needs of The Times.Based on the field investigation,surveying and mapping of traditional folk houses in Hanzhong counties,this paper sorts out the basic types and characteristics of folk houses in Hanzhong.Then,by collecting written materials of architecture,villages,natural environment,population,history,politics,economy and other aspects in Hanzhong area,combined with field interviews and interviews with residents of residential buildings in various counties,this paper tries to analyze the cultural elements of Hanzhong traditional residential buildings and the social and psychological norms that have been established in Hanzhong area.How did it influence the final overt architectural form of Hanzhong traditional dwellings?This paper summarizes and sorts out the characteristics of Hanzhong traditional residential buildings in architectural space,architectural decoration and architectural aesthetics.It is concluded that there are mainly four kinds of folk houses in Hanzhong area,namely "one font","L shape",courtyard style and patio style,and that they prefer to express architectural aesthetics by means of symbols,analogies,harmonics and symbols in architectural decoration.It is found that there are multiple architectural space properties of traditional residential buildings in Hanzhong,but with the same climate characteristics,there are widely distributed two kinds of residential buildings in different climate types,such as patio architecture and courtyard architecture.Then,through the observation of the life style,cultural customs,family concept,religious belief and other aspects of rural residents in Hanzhong,combined with the analysis of various architectural and historical materials,the author points out that the belief logic of spirit-first in Hanzhong traditional culture,the mode of information exchange between community individuals,the traditional feng shui concept,The geographical environment of Hanzhong and the historical inheritance with the surrounding provinces and regions have influenced the forms of Hanzhong traditional dwellings,and explained the role of cultural factors in the process of giving birth to these characteristics of Hanzhong dwellings.Finally,it puts forward the enlightenment of the characteristics of traditional residential houses influenced by the cultural attributes of Hanzhong to the contemporary architectural design.It also puts forward several ideas of inheriting this regional architectural culture among the new residential houses in Hanzhong area.In order to enrich the contemporary regional architecture culture,promote the development of contemporary regional architecture design ideas,to provide some modest efforts.
