In this thesis the SMT Business Department of F company is taken as the research subject.Due to the high false alarm rate of AOI equipment,a lot of wip inventory is accumulated,which affects the whole production scheduling cycle.F Company takes fast delivery as its core competitive advantage,but due to its AOI inspection process capability is poor,equipment false alarm rate is high,equipment inspection quality is poor,resulting in low inspection capability,thus forming a bottleneck process in SMT production and processing The quality problems that affect the whole operation efficiency of the plant and can’t feed back to the production process in time make F company have high management cost and the product can’t deliver the customer on time.The AOI Inspection Process Capability Index is measured by finding out the quantitative data of AOI equipment to judge the tested samples,and the SMT standard is used to measure the Aoi Inspection Process Capability Index In the process of research,we use the tools of process capability analysis and measurement system analysis to make the goal of improvement clear.In view of the improvement method,Taguchi method is used to carry out the static experimental research on the setting parameters of automatic optical inspection equipment with three levels and eight factors,and the factors that affect the position of error value and the contribution degree of divergence are analyzed through the experimental design Since the error is a small feature in the test design,the AOI parameters are optimized according to the position and divergence values calculated from the test design,so as to improve the process capability of AOI test and improve the turnover rate of products for enterprises The purpose of reducing the production cycle.Because AOI is an essential inspection equipment in the SMT production process,although there are some differences in the working principle of AOI error calculation caused by the different AOI equipment manufacturers used in different SMT factories,it is necessary to set the AOI parameters In this paper,Taguchi method is used to optimize the parameters and improve the AOI test ability,which can be used for reference by different companies with similar problems.
