| In recent years,the country vigorously promote the building,the module as a form of prefabricated construction,a construction speed,short construction period,the construction process of environmental protection and other green features.Meanwhile,the steel structure also has the advantages of light weight,low price,which makes this new type steel module structure system has been developing rapidly.However,the related research on the steel structure module is relatively small,node performance and simplified,and the current research at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in between modules so it is necessary for the characteristics of modular structure,the seismic performance of diaphragm effect and module structure of corrugated board on the module in the research,and summarizes the proposed module structure design proposal.The module unit firstly by using the finite element software Abaqus is adopted in Tianjin Jinghai Park white-collar apartment project was simulated,respectively applied loads on the whole module unit and one side wall,and calculate the stiffness.Analysis shows that the module has a corrugated plate stiffness,played a significant contribution in the module unit;in order to stiffness contribution of corrugated plate module is embodied in the structure design,according to the principle of equivalent stiffness,equivalent to the cross brace and plate element,and gives the equivalent formula,both at the same time.The equivalent plate element model of parametric analysis,and the equivalent plate element formula is modified.Midas software is used to consider the stiffness of corrugated board corrugated plate model,the equivalent stiffness for cross brace model,corrugated plate stiffness equivalent plate element calculation model and static analysis,comparative analysis of the three models in the whole structure under the same load response.The analysis results show that without considering the corrugated plate stiffness,lateral component framework for the main part,and the column has reached the yield load,and the module column will not reach the yield load;considering the corrugated plate stiffness,displacement of the two equivalent models are decreased,the stiffness in the corrugated plate the whole model plays a role;at the same time,the displacement of equivalent cross brace model is less than the equivalent plate model,usually in accordance with the equivalent plate element is safe;and the corrugated plate stiffness on internal force module structure effect.In order to effectively solve the problem of poor performance of seismic module structure,the module structure of the numerical example,a finite element model of the isolated structure base isolation,each layer by using the Midas software,and were carried out under earthquake on the elastic time history analysis,comparative analysis in dynamic structure under every seismic wave response.The analysis results show that the base isolation design of module structure,can effectively reduce the seismic effect of the structure,at 8 degrees(0.2g)of the fortification intensity can be reduced to 7 degrees(0.15g);isolation design layers each layer on the module structure,the isolation effect is not obvious.Considering the effect of corrugated board stiffness and base isolation,to analyze the structure internal force of frame column and column module found little difference,and when considering the effect of corrugated board stiffness and base isolation,the steel frame composite module structure is simplified as a pure module structure,save the cost of the project. |
