Rethinking On The Outdoor Activity Space Of Urban And Rural Children After Opening Up The Second Child

In recent years,the continuous adjustment of China’s fertility policy has not only aroused strong social repercussions,but also will have an important impact on China’s future population structure and urban spatial pattern.People are the main body of the city,and children are the main body of the future of the city.To create a friendly environment for children’s growth deserves the attention of the whole society.Children’s activity space,as the name suggests,is the area for children’s activities,communication,walking and other activities.Children are the driving force of social development.At present,children’s outdoor space or activity site in urban residential area is often ignored in modern urban environmental art design.The lack of existing activity site or landscape scale and rigid visual interface restrict children’s participation and interest.Based on the population structure under the influence of the open two child policy,starting from the analysis of children’s behavior characteristics,this paper studies the site design,plant configuration,environmental construction,facility arrangement and design of urban children’s outdoor activity space.People are the main body of the city,and children are the main body of the future of the city.To create a friendly environment for children’s growth deserves the attention of the whole society.Does our city meet the needs of children’s growth? How does the city embody the humanistic spirit of "children first" ? With the advent of the era of two children,how to build a city where children can freely explore and get more development opportunities has increasingly become a topic of concern.At present,more than 400 cities in the world have been certified by the International Secretariat of "children’s friendly city".So far,no city in China has won this honor.But we are in action,we begin to pay attention to the shaping of children’s urban environment.More and more social organizations,government units and more architects and designers begin to pay attention to the space that children need in modern society.More people are involved in "design for children".More and more cities are trying to build a "child friendly city".
