Analysis Of Influencing Factors And Countermeasures For The Popularization Of Prefabricated Steel Structure Houses In Rural Areas Of Henan

In the context of rapid social and economic development,the performance requirements of rural house users have undergone tremendous changes.Rural housing is no longer limited to satisfying basic residential functions,but is more inclined to create a healthy,efficient and green residential environment.However,due to the influence of traditional ideas and the lack of professional technology,rural houses generally have problems such as poor thermal insulation performance,prominent quality hazards,and serious waste of resources.Traditional construction methods can no longer meet the residential performance needs of residents.At this stage,the country is vigorously promoting prefabricated buildings.In 2019,Henan,Zhejiang,Sichuan and other provinces have clearly pointed out that they will actively carry out pilot projects for prefabricated steel structure farm houses.However,due to various problems of the government,enterprises and residents,the promotion of prefabricated steel structure houses in rural areas has not been smooth.Taking into account China’s vast territory,landforms,resources,and industrial foundations are very different,this topic focuses on the promotion of prefabricated steel structure houses in Henan rural areas in the Central Plains.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this subject explores the feasibility of implementing prefabricated steel structure housing in rural areas of Henan based on the research and analysis of the development background of prefabricated steel structures in rural areas,the current situation of residential construction and the residents’ willingness to build houses in the future;Based on the problems existing in the government,enterprises,and residents during the implementation of prefabricated steel-structured farm houses,combined with document collation and semi-structured interviews,33 factors influencing the implementation of steel-structured houses in rural Henan were summarized,and the questionnaire was designed and distributedas the basis,and 227 valid questionnaires were recovered;Use SPSS24.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the sample data,and use factor analysis to reduce the dimensionality of each variable,and obtain policies and regulations,economic incentives,product performance,rural house user needs,enterprise transformation willingness,market environment,and technology Support and other 7 categories of public factors;Use structural equation models to explore the internal mechanism of influencing factors and their impact on the promotion level of prefabricated steel structure residences,and put forward seven types of public factors and the path hypothesis and theoretical model of the promotion level of prefabricated steel structure houses are tested on the sample data and the theoretical model with the aid of AMOS24.0 software,and the model is optimized through model modification;According to the path coefficient of each latent variable and the effect of each observed variable on the latent variable,the government’s financial subsidies,policy implementation intensity,publicity intensity,housing quality and safety,component transportation cost,housing comfort,social culture,and group values are worthy of comparison.The promotion of prefabricated steel structure houses in rural areas in Henan has a significant impact.According to the classification of influence paths and influence factors,in view of the problems existing in the development of prefabricated steel structure houses in rural Henan,the government,enterprises,and residents put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The government should establish a sound policy support system,strengthen publicity and guidance,and set up special fund subsidies;Enterprises should improve the quality acceptance and maintenance of prefabricated steel structure farm houses,highlight product performance advantages,increase technical research and development efforts,and build prefabricated steel structure industry cluster.Rural residents should take the initiative to eliminate cognitive barriers and enhance their own trust.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide new ideas for the rapid development of prefabricated steel structure houses in rural areas of Henan.
