Research On The Advantages And Influencing Factors Of Rural Prefabricated Housing Development

With the strong support from the state for the construction of new socialist countryside,the construction of rural housing has entered the stage of rapid development.Under the policy of "four sections and one environmental protection",the prefabricated housing is strongly advocated by the state with the advantages of efficient production efficiency and low environmental pollution.However,in the process of the implementation of rural assembly houses in our country,the expected effect cannot be achieved.The farmers' recognition is not high,and the enthusiasm of enterprises is low.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of rural prefabricated housing in China.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the rural prefabricated houses,in the life cycle cost theory as the instruction,,the traditional brick structure housing and the environmental costs of prefabricated housing,economic cost and social benefit were compared.The research indicates that the economic cost of the rural prefabricated housing is higher,but the environmental cost is obviously lower than the traditional brick and concrete house,and the social benefit is significant,which has a great development advantage.Although the rural prefabricated housing has obvious advantages,its development still faces many problems.Aiming at the problem of rural prefabricated residential development,this article through field visits,questionnaires and literature research,summary analysis of the five aspects of 22 influence factors hindering the development of the rural prefabricated homes,according to the influencing factors ofconstructing evaluation index system,and USES structural equation model and factor analysis to explore the main influence factors.The research indicates that the main factors that affect the development of rural prefabricated housing in China are economic,policy,technology,market and production.On this basis,this paper puts forward the innovation management mode to promote the decline of economic cost,namely popularize EPC management mode and use smart site management technology;To establish the mechanism to promote policy implementation;To establish the innovation system of industry-university-research to promote the development of technology;Improve the upstream and downstream industry chain and form industry scale;We will build a unified standard module system to promote the rapid and steady development of rural assembly houses in our country.Thesis research for the present stage our country countryside prefabricated residential development provides a train of thought,on the solution of the problems existing in the for prefabricated housing widely promoted in our country have a certain guiding significance and reference value.
