Lymphedema of upper limbs after breast cancer surgery is a progressive condition.If it is not treated in time,it will seriously affect the quality of life of patients,and even lead to new irreversible diseases.At present,how to intervene the process of upper extremity lymphedema has been widely concerned by researchers,but there is still a lack of a convenient and efficient integrated monitoring and treatment product on the market.The purpose of this study is to research and design a wearable medical sleeve product with integrated monitoring and adjuvant treatment of upper extremity lymphedema from the perspective of industrial design.Based on industrial design theory and TRIZ theory,this paper creates ideal design goals for the needs of users of upper limb lymphedema;uses ANSYS software to perform finite element simulation on the upper limbs of the human body to provide design basis;uses TRIZ conflict resolution tools to complete the product Detailed design,and use the grading method to comprehensively evaluate the design of the final plan.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on industrial design theory and combining the common points of TRIZ ideal solutions,a design process model suitable for this paper is constructed;through expert interviews and user surveys,an ideal solution based on user needs is established.(2)Screen the optimal conceptual design principles according to user needs,and use ANSYS finite element simulation software to perform static pressure simulation experiments on the human upper limbs based on medical clinical data,output simulation results according to different variables,and provide engineering design basis for the design plan.(3)Construct an ideal product functional system diagram,determine the functional structure of the wearable medical sleeve;combine ergonomics,use the principle of TRIZ technology conflict resolution,design and complete the preliminary plan of wearable medical sleeve wear mode,monitoring mode,auxiliary treatment mode,etc;compare the preliminary plans and screen out the final plan,conduct research on the color,size,mode,and interactive interface design of the final design plan,complete the above detailed design and make prototypes.(4)Use user evaluation method and scoring method to design and evaluate the final design plan,and comprehensively evaluate the evaluation data by constructing evaluation index tree,to provide design suggestions for optimizing next-generation products.In the end,this article researched and designed a set of integrated upper limb lymphedema monitoring cuff equipment,and evaluated the design of this prototype product,and put forward optimization opinions,and the follow-up will continue to improve this product.
